General info

Items purchased on allblues.se are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. It is of course allowed to try on items at home, but please do so with care as jewellery are delicate products. Items used for e.g. photoshoots are no longer consider unused.

  • Items must be returned in their accompanied brand box and pouch, undamaged as they are considered part of the product.

  • All Blues reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

  • The return shipping cost of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

  • The original shipping cost of $10 for orders below $200 will not be refunded.

Register a return

If you wish to return an item, please register your return by contacting us at customer@allblues.se.

  • State your order number, the name of the item(s) and size you wish to return.

  • Once your return has been confirmed, our customer support will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and customs documentation.

  • Place the item(s) inside the accompanied brand box and pouch. Please make sure to never put more than one item inside the same pocket as they may get damaged during transport.

  • Place the brand box securely inside another solid carton box, preferably the original shipping box, and close it securely.

  • Place the pre-paid return shipping label on the box over the original shipping label.

  • Kindly include three copies of the customs invoice to ensure the parcel will pass through the customs. One copy inside the parcel, one attached to the outside of the parcel and give one to UPS personel.

  • Drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS access point, or contact UPS to schedule a pick up, if possible at your location.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the enquired item.

Refunds

All returns fulfilling the above criteria and are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Once delivered to All Blues, returns may take up to 14 business days to process. Upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be generated. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

All Blues will not refund:

  • The original shipping cost and/or shipping cost for uncollected packages.

  • Taxes, duties, and/or any additional charges that may occur for orders outside of the European Union.

Quality guarantee

If you receive an item classified as faulty and/or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. All Blues's quality guarantee covers potential manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for defects due to:

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness e.g. cracks from adjusting cuffs too vigorously/frequently or bending of earring clasps.

  • Aesthetic changes, defects and damages due to normal wear/tear and ageing e.g. scratches/scores, oxidisation of silver or fading of gold plating.

Loss of goods

All Blues is not responsible for any loss of goods. If an item is malfunctioning (e.g loose earring hinge/clasp) the customer is responsible for contacting customer support when the defect is detected in order to resolve the issue.
